Terms of Use

Effective: October 29, 2026

1. The service

alwais is a free directory of AI tools and deals. No account is needed.

2. Accuracy

Prices, features and deal terms are set by each provider and can change at any time. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are current. Check the official site before you buy or sign up.

3. Third-party sites

Links lead to sites run by other companies, which are responsible for their own content and transactions.

4. Ads

• Ad spots are first come, first served and held for 48 hours until payment. Unpaid holds are released.
• Once payment is confirmed, the ad runs for the chosen period and countries.
• We do not run ads that are unlawful or could harm users; in that case the payment is refunded.
• Payments and refunds go through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). For cancellations or refunds, email edward@alwais.io.

5. Prohibited use

Bulk automated scraping and anything that disrupts the service are not allowed.
